After reading this book,I learned there was a way to stop my home from being foreclosed.I then hired Mr Kahn's firm to do a securitization audit.The company is [...] did a securitization audit on my mortgage and his expert testimony stopped the foreclosure process.The report showed the servicer had no right to foreclose and did not own my loan.Without reading this book and hiring fpg-usa,I may have lost my house.Winning Against Foreclosure Lenders are using foreclosures to steal us blind. For what I read it was OK I am not a good reader so I don't fell qualified to write much about the book
Would recommend. Explains the process for defense against foreclosure in very simple terms. The history of this whole mess is in a chronological form that a novice not knowing the lingo can easily follow.
THIS IS ARGUABLY THE FINEST BOOK ON THE SUBJECT I HAVE READ. MAR. KHAN'S CREDENTIALS ARE EXTRAORDINARY AND THE ADVICE LEARNED IS ABSOLUTELY INVALUABLE. HIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AS WELL. OUTSTANDING
